Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken or turkey
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Yes! Yakitori Dry Glaze (exclusive in the Japanese Grill Collection)

  • 1 egg
  • 4 buns
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Wasabi Ginger Aioli
  • Toppings – your choice of sliced cucumbers, baby spinach, sautéed mushrooms, grilled onions

Preparation


 
  • In a bowl, combine first three ingredients.
  • Form mixture into four patties.
  • Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed, 5 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).
  • Place on bottom halves of buns, then divide aioli on top. Top with choice of toppings and buns and serve.
