Ingredients


4 servings
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) sesame oil
  • 1 pkg 350 g extra-firm tofu, cut into 1" blocks, drained well on paper towels
  • 1 recipe prepared Sriracha Aioli

Preparation


 
  • Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, lemon juice and sesame oil, add Tofu and coat well. Marinate at least one hour.
  • Pre-heat grill to medium. Lay tofu out. Cook for 3–5 minutes per side. Using Basting Brush, baste with remaining marinade.
  • Serve with Sriracha Aioli on the side.
